CRAFT COCKTAIL CLASS
Shake, Stir, and Sip! This is a hands-on mixology experience taking place in the Executive Lounge in the Crowne Plaza KC Downtown. Master two classic cocktails: the smooth Old Fashioned and the bold Espresso Martini. Learn the essential bar techniques of muddling, shaking, stirring, and speed pouring. Enjoy delicious light bites including homemade bread, Boursin cheese, crackers, jellies, olives, and nuts. Each guest takes home a premium 6-piece cocktail set.

BOARD CHAIR ASSEMBLY
An adjunct to the convention. Board Chair attendance is highly recommended. This is an opportunity to interact, in-person, with PAVO staff, members of the Board of Directors, and peers. It is also an ideal time to express ideas or concerns directly to those who can affect change.
