PAVO Convention Registration Policies

1. Requests for registration refunds received before December 1 are charged a $25 service fee; on or after December 1 are charged a $40 service fee
2. All NCAA match ticket purchases are NONREFUNDABLE. Convention attendees can purchase sets of all-session match tickets with convention registration through October 14, 2026, while supplies last. After that date, PAVO cannot guarantee sets of all-session match ticket availability. Sets of all-session match tickets will NOT be divided (i.e., Thursday only or Sunday only).
3. After making your selections, accept the PAVO Convention registration policies. Then, click the Review Order button. Then, you may review and/or modify your order.
4. Accept the PAVO Convention policies one more time. Then, click the "Go To E-Store" button. NOTE: Once you are taken to the E-Store, you must complete the checkout process and place your order using your valid credit card.
5. To complete your order in the E-Store, go to the bottom of the cart and select "Secure Checkout" to enter your payment information. NOTE: You must select your Region/State from the dropdown menu. Your order is not complete until you receive a receipt.
6. If you need to make changes to your E-Store cart, you must hit the back button on your browser to go back to the PAVO Convention Registration page.

Current membership role determines registration price. There are two (2) types of registration:

• Full-registration: Includes all PAVO sessions and AVCA Marketplace admittance. NCAA Match tickets are NOT included with convention registration.
• Mini-registration: Begins with Friday afternoon programming and includes AVCA Marketplace admittance, admission to the PAVO Social and Semifinal Analysis. NCAA Match tickets are NOT included with convention registration.
